What a page is — homepage, service, blog, product, location, and so on — which determines the SEO requirements that apply to it.
CommandSEO classifies every page by type (homepage, service, blog, about, contact, category, product, location, pricing, author, legal, thank-you, and other). Page type is a different axis from how a page was produced; it's about what the page is for.
Type matters because the requirements differ: a contact page needs LocalBusiness schema but little intent optimization, while a product page needs the full stack plus Product + Review schema. CommandSEO never flags a layer that doesn't apply to a page's type.
