Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of CommandSEO, operated by Dick-Jay Bustamante, a sole proprietor (registered individual) based in Antipolo City, Philippines ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

CommandSEO is an SEO workspace that analyzes your sites, produces plans, and verifies pages. It provides recommendations; it does not guarantee any search ranking or traffic result. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You're responsible for activity under your account and your team's seats.
  • You must have the right to connect any site or data you add.

4. Plans, credits & billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices in USD.
  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment. Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month, up to a per-plan maximum shown on the pricing page and in your billing settings. Separately purchased credit packs remain usable for 2 months from the date of purchase.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused credits; you may cancel to stop future charges.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or to analyze sites you don't have rights to.
  • Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its credits.
  • Resell or sublicense access except as your plan's seats/sites allow.

6. Intellectual property

We own the CommandSEO software and brand. You own your content and the plans, drafts, and other AI-generated output produced for your sites. You are responsible for reviewing that output before relying on or publishing it.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that recommendations will achieve any particular result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the courts of Antipolo City, Rizal.
