The stages a page moves through in CommandSEO: Proposed, Planned, Drafted, Live, Crawled, Indexed.
CommandSEO tracks where each page is in its life. A brand-new idea starts as Proposed (a suggestion). Accepting it makes it Planned (a new page, not built yet). Writing its content makes it Drafted. Publishing makes it Live, then Crawled (search engines have fetched it), then Indexed (eligible to appear in results).
Pages that aren't live yet appear as semi-transparent "ghost" cards so you can tell a proposed or planned page apart from a real, published one at a glance.
What to do about it
Use the stage to know what's next for a page: a Drafted page needs publishing (a human step); a Live page needs to be crawled and indexed before it can rank. Move pages along the lifecycle rather than letting good drafts sit unpublished.
Common questions
What is a 'ghost' card?
A ghost card is a page that doesn't exist on your live site yet — it's at the Proposed, Planned, or Drafted stage. It renders semi-transparent so you can tell future pages apart from real, published ones.
